It has web interface with the identical look and functionality on the local and distant computers. Customers view MPEG-4 coded video and have complete management of the program through network that surveillance workstation can be run with no monitor, keyboard, and mouse attached. Software`s modular configuration extensively increases reliability because all parts act as Independent software. If one module fails, other units continue working. For example if the `record` module freezes, `watchdog` starts over it right away that viewers don`t notice anything because they are viewing picture using a `Playback` part. The software performs `repeated` recording that the `hard drive full` situation never appears. The recording can be constant or it can be turned on by motion, human Face detection, or by calendar. The program has pre-alarm and post-alarm recording. Playing back recorded video is pretty easy and performs on the surveillance pc as well as on remote computer using Web interface. The program makes simultaneous video playback for event examination from many cameras concurrently. Also recorded files can be searched by date, time or by face detected. All recorded data can be encrypted and password protected.
