RO-Viewer

RO-Viewer is a program for Microsoft Windows which can be used to view images. This program is especially suitable for viewing high-resolution pictures (and was programmed with that goal in mind) such as images produced by scanners and digital photo cameras. RO-Viewer was designed to be as fast and simple to use as possible.RO stands for Read-Only. This program can only be used to view images, not alter or convert them in any way. Features: * Image formats The program can read the following image formats: JPG, PNG, BMP, TIFF and GIF. For programmers I`ve included the ICO and CUR formats. * Types of viewing Images can be viewed inside the program main window or can be viewed fullScreen. You can also view all images in a directory as thumbnails. * Resizing Images can be shown at their original size, but can also be displayed resized so they fit inside the window. Resizing is done using bilinear resampling for good image quality. Images which are smaller then the window size can also be enlarged using Lanczos interpolation. * Thumbnail Cache You can select a directory on your hard-disk as a thumbnail-cache. All images you view as thumbnails will reload a lot FASTER when they are viewed a second time. * Jpeg 2000 support RO-Viewer can also view a few types of Jpeg 2000 images. RO-Viewer can: Load RGB, grayscale and YCC Colorspace images. Apply restricted ICC profiles for RGB and grayscale images using Default color profiles. RO-Viewer cannot: Load images with un-equally sized components. * Wallpaper Images can be set as desktop wallpaper.
