Unpack the PeakAnalyzer.zip file, and MOVE to the PeakAnalyzer folder. This folder contains two jar files: 1. PeakAnalyzer.jar 2. PeakAnalyzerGui.jar PeakAnalyzer.jar is the executable jar file you have to run. The directory also includes a "Data" directory which contains annotation files for human and mouse.
