Optimal Archive

Optimal Archive is a stand alone program which lets you view the structure of your zip-file in the explorer tree - launch applications from inside the zip file, and drag and drop files from and to the zip file with ease. However when you use Optimal Archive inside of Optimal Desktop all your Folders are accessible from one tree, and you can use Optimal Desktops tabs to point to any folder inside of your zipped files Optimal Archive offers the following features. Optimal Archive makes zip files act like windows folders Lets you drag and drop files Between windows and your archived files Opens saves, modifies files within zip files Supports compressing ZIP files and uncompressing ZIP, RAR, TAR, ARJ files Creates self-extracting multi-volume ZIP files for easy transport Assigns Color codes to each file format (ZIP, RAR, TAR, ARJ) separately for easy recognition in Optimal Archive viewer Uses filters to search for files and folders (Only works inside of Optimal Desktop) Create shortcuts to folders inside of the compressed file (Only works inside of Optimal Desktop)
