Description - Cincinnati Library Extension
This extension will slightly enhance the functionality of the Cincinnati Library Catalog website by adding 3 checkboxes to the Renew Current Checkouts page for selecting all checkouts due today, all due within a week, and all due within two weeks. For items that have more than one volume, such as DVDs of television series, it will add a button to the "Place Hold" screen to select all volumes. It will also notice if Chrome has saved your card number and password and click through immediately when you click "My Account" from the main page so that you don`t need to click "Login." It will also click through for you if you put an item on hold without having logged in first, if the item does not have multiple volumes. It will specify the Symmes Township branch of the library for pickup, unless you log in to the library catalog website using the form in the upper right, and then go to the "My Account" page, and it will store the library branch that is Default to your library card. Note:The original reason for this extension was to allow searching the library catalog using an Omnibar keyword. However, this is now achievable (though still difficult) using the library website itself. It also used to make the lists of items you have checked out and on hold into links, so that you could click them and get straight to the catalog page for those items. However, the library website recently added this feature itself with "Details" links next to each of the names of items in these lists, so I`ve taken it out of this extension.
