Please unpack the TAR.GZ archive in the console with e.g. "tar xvzf support-collector.tar.gz" into a directory of your choice. Then change to the folder Support-Collector. Start the Support-Collector with the command "./unix_support_collector.sh" and confirm the creation of a compressed archive with the information in the following dialogue with "y".
