Description - DH_VeloToCV - A polyphony-independent velocity sensor.

A polyphony-Independent velocity sensor. Accepts MIDI input, and extracts keyboard velocity information from Note On messages. While any notes are being held, it outputs a weighted average of their velocities, with the most recent note weighted highest. Velocities are scaled to the standard SE 0 - 10 Volt range. It outputs a velocity of 0 when all notes have been released.
