Description - BusyReplace will replace a file with a new version without a reboot
BusyReplace will replace a file with a new version without a reboot, even if the file is Locked! The new version of the file will be copied immediately, but a reboot is still required to delete the old version. BusyReplace only works on executable image files, e.g. .EXE, .DLL, .OCX, etc.
