Customize target places where your web browser, email client and many other applications save files, attachments, etc.his utility does not affect Microsoft Office Programs and other programs that do not use standard Windows `Save As` template. Browsers, Email clients, editors, etc. seem to use the standard `Save As` template. The `Places` utility doesn`t work under Windows 95,98,Me. A user must have administrator privilege to be able to change the settings. The standard Save As dialog provides five starting places to save your file: History, My Documents, Desktop, Favorites, and Network.Users who want to save their files in specific Locations find themselves browsing Back and Forth Between their target Folders. So, instead of History, My Documents, Desktop, Favorites and Network you can assign specific folders where you actually want to place your download data.
