Radar Theme

Cool buttons definitely dominate this nice theme. I really like the unique close, minimize buttons in the corner of the window and the nice hover effect makes it feel futuristic. I also like the choice of two different start buttons along with the mouseover effect of the X button. Overall this theme packs a lot of Punch and adds some unique features to make it one of My Favorites of the year.
