Homepage Password

Use the Homepage Password to Create password Protection for you Homepage. The password protection consists of 2 files:.htaccess - This file controls the access protection. .htpasswd - This file contains the user names with the passwords. If you want to access to a safe internet PaGE, you have to enter a username and a password. The password will be saved by the browser, until the browser is closed. The password will be send to the www-server again and again. The password has to be entered anew when you restart the browser. The password protection is established when you copy these 2 files into the home page.
