Tool to edit NTUSER.DAT NTUSER.DAT contains the user`s personalized settings for the majority of software installed on the computer, including Windows itself. With the microsoft tool regedit you can see and change values of the currently used ntuser.dat. With regedit Pro you can see and change values of a file ntuser.dat, which are currently not in use. So you can use RegeditPro to change user values in the registry for a logged off user.
