Fast IP Scanner

Fast IP Scanner Introduction is a command line IP Scanner FIPS creates a thread for each host that it needs to scan, in order to not loose valuable time the threads are executed on creation time but they are not destroyed on timeout or reply, instead they are stalled until the full scan is finished. After the v1.0.0.13 build, FIPS sports custom timeout times and thread check delay. The custom timeout is usefull for scanning congested networks or WAN`s, by using a larger value that the Default 2000ms the threads wait longer for a reply from the scanned hosts. The thread check delay is they time Between checks of scan completion, although using a lower value than the default 200ms will not affect the scanning engine and will report the results FASTER, the CPU time used is increased.
