NetWorkDLS NetWatcher is a TCP/UDP utility that aids you in the task of monitoring your server uptime and responce times. How Does NetWatcher Work? - Basically... (1). NetWatcher pings the server at a given rate and works the amount of "Hits & Misses" into a "UP-time & DOWN-Time Percentage" (2). It keeps track of how long the server takes to respond and keeps a "Shortest-Time & Longest-Time" record. (3). It changes the Tray Icon from a "Green-Check" to a "Red-Dash" depending on if the server is responding or not.
