Pop The Balloons

This Little application makes simple changes in your registy files to suppress Windows "Bubble tips" from appearing. Pop The Balloons allows suppression of Window`s Balloon Tips, often so annoying while using, for example, wireless networking. Tips like `Unable to Connect to preferred wireless network`. These `helpful` balloon tips can make working in a Wi-Fi area unbearable, as a user must manually close each one, or wait for them to timeout.
