RM_Down is a 32-bit console application to Shutdown windows-based machines. Useful if needed in a script. It can associate a shortcut to the application and use it on the desktop. No installation required. Just open a command prompt and type RM_Down. RM_Down will give the command-line parameters. User can supply a Countdown Timer (in seconds) and the application can then perform its function.
