Command Line is a tool to run programs from a small shell next to your tray.So you don`t have to use the StartMenu to run it and keep a clean desktop. For example to start the microsoft calculator you have to enter calc.This is much quicker than Start-Programs-Accessories-Calc. Command Line can also open directories.
