SoftMirrorCopy - Copies newly written Data / changed Data near-time onto a second hard disk

Copies newly written Data /changed Data near-time onto a second hard disk, nearly in time after the writing of these data, checks at Startup or on user demand the content of the backup directory and copies newer data, handles a second / offline Hard disk and copies on user demand new or changed data. It doesn`t copy Deletions (if not forced to in case of synchronizing).
