Description - Dyndns Updater For Mac OS

The dynamic dns service si designed for users who would like to host their internet applications at home. This is suppose that they have a high speed internet connexion as dsl , wimax , satellite connexions or optical waves connexion. If you would like to use the dynamic dns service, first subscribe as a member. Secondly, download the DynDns client from the download PaGE. Our dyndns service is compatible with many other client softwares in the market. Install the downloaded software in your desktop ( the machine in where you would like to run your application). After, go to the member space ( Your account ), log in and Create your dyndns entry. You can creat the dyndns entry as a full domain name or as a subdomain name of the doman name darweb.com or dynamicdomain.net. Do not forget to configure your internet router : Nat config : To forward the specified port like port 80 (http) to the local machine in where your web server or other is installed. This is the nat forwarding. After the dyndns creation step, configure your dyndns client : enter your domain name or subdomain name, your password , the server name ( dyndns.darweb.com , port=2000). Your new dyndns entry will be valid from 30 minutes to 1 hour. Install your internet server ( IIS , Apache Web Server or other server like email server, etc). To test if your dyndns is valid, you may use the ping command to see if your desktop is responding : ping the dyndns name that you created and not the internet address ( ip ). If the machine responds, you dyndns is working well. Else, wait few moments or see if your ports are closed. To use the ping command in windows, use the `exec` command.
