It is designed primarily to be quick and easy to use.EasyDesk will run on modest spec PCs running XP/2000 or Windows Vista (earlier versions of Windows may require MDAC installed) but requires a minimum screen resolution of 1024x768. Multiple suppoprt staff may share access to a common database hosted on a network resource or simply use the database on a local drive.
