Whidbey Project Converter

This is a very, very simple app that attempts to convert a Whidbey C# build file to a Visual C# 2003 csproj file. It contains no error handling and nothing else fancy. It may not even work. If it doesn`t work for you, feel free to drop me an email and we`ll see if we can do something about it.
