SC4 Deal Manager

This is a simple program that can help keep track of the neighbor deals among the cities in your SimCity 4 regions! You can see a Grid-like display of a group of cities in your region and lines connecting two if they have a Power, water, or Garbage deal. The colors of the lines are customizable.
