MySportTraining Exercises Series

If you are using MySportTraining and are looking for more exercises, here are some exercise series to add variety to your workouts. These exercises are automatically integrated into the muscle chart, giving you more choices to work on specific muscle groups. The original exercises that are bundled within MySportTraining fully remain available. Each series can be installed in memory or on a storage card, independently of the location of MySportTraining itself. You can also uninstall any series without impacting any of the data you have entered nor the other exercises.
