HTML Color Chooser

This free color chooser software for webmasters will help you choose colors to use in your web pages. It runs under Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows NT, Windows ME and Windows 2000. Simply select 3 values Between 0 and 255 for the red, green and blue levels. Once you have found the color you like, copy and paste the Hex code into your HTML. The download is a zipped executable file - this is the application itself. Extract it to your "Program Files" directory, and Create a desktop shortcut if required. No further installation is required.
