This utility is used for placing reusable text inyour HTML Files. We developed this utility to help automate the Process of changingnavigation links such as our "Home, Software, Junkies, Free Stuff & AboutUs" links and text navigation links. Some HTML layout programs onlyallow you to setup navigations borders, and these in turn are converted into frames. We are opposed to using frames, so this utility provides the ability to paste the code for us.
