ChromaForm - allow users to set their own form color scheme

ChromaForm is an example database that shows how a developer may allow users to set their own form color scheme. Buttons are provided that will change the form backcolor property, and the font/forecolor property. These new property settings are saved in a table and Restored when the form is opened.
