DupBlock - A text duplication utility that generates blocks of text.

DupBlock usage begins by specifying a Default text block and using named variables in positions where you want to insert counter or list data. Variables can be counter-type variables that sequence + 1 from 0 (or from a user-defined starting value) OR a list of input data that is output sequentially as blocks are generated. Formatting for counter-type variables can use some aspects of `printf` style formatting. The number of iterations performed is determined by the `Repeat Block` field in the program dialog. Output can be sent to a file or the windows clipboard.
