Description - TiViTunes
TiViTunes is a utility which will publish (export) your iTunes playlists so that TiVo can play them. If you have your TiVo connected to your home wireless (or wired) network, you probably already know that TiVo can stream and play your MP3 files. Just point the TiVo Desktop software at your main music folder. But there`s only one problem: if you`re using iTunes on your PC, TiVo will not be able to see your iTunes playlists! (iTunes stores its playlists in an internal format that TiVo Desktop cannot read.) TiViTunes solves this problem by exporting your iTunes playlists to a folder on your Windows computer so that TiVo can play them! TiViTunes is very easy to use. Just select the destination folder, then select the iTunes playlists to be exported, and hit the Publish Playlists to iTunes button. That`s all it takes! (Quick and easy documentation is also available.) Playlists are published in m3u format.
