A version of psyBNC with modifications. Ported to Windows using Cygwin. psyBNC is a proxy for IRC networks. It is a widely regarded product among IRC-focused hosting companies. While originally for unix-based systems, psyBNC now has been ported to Windows with a few small changes and additions to ensure stability in a Windows environment. rndware psyBNC Server includes support for rndware`s Windows Ident Server.
