ToChar

Win32 console app that reads text from stdin, converts it to either the OEM or the Windows character set (the latter which is a superset of Latin-1/ISO-8859-1) and prints it back to stdout. Very useful if you`re often working in mixed Win32 GUI and console environments. By Default, it converts from OEM to Windows but this Action is reversed by specifying /oem on the command line.
