Edit by : Creates content for Talking Virtual Characters to be published on the Web and serve as virtual hosts, presenters, newscasters, salespersons etc. The package includes a free Virtual Character that is ready to be included in a Web PaGE. The virtual character is java-based and works in any *recent* browser without plug-in. The software works by connecting output of any standard Speech Synthesis engine to the Virtual Character.
