Description - Outsource Management
This service History database enables you to control all the servicing and repairs that you make to your clients units; office machinery, computers, industrial machinery, cars, trucks, cranes, anything that you either repair in your workshop, outsource to other tradesman or repair on site at the clients premises.
The Outsource Management database also lets you keep a record of any tradesman you use to outsource clients jobs too.
You Create a database for your client/s with a list of their units (things that you repair or maintain for them), the services and repairs carried out on each unit and the Details of each service.
You can set up a database of parts and record the cost (to you) and the charge (to the client) prices for each and the unit service history reports will show you the cost of repairs as well as the charge to the client.
You can even issue Invoices the client; either as the final document that you send them or as the input document to your separate accounts system.
You can share the database with other users by simply placing it and any example files into the Shared Documents folder on your local drive (if you use peer to peer networking) or in a shared network server folder. Each user then simply opens the database file.
When you install Outsource Management it is strongly suggested that you do not change the installation path used by the installer.
Prier to using Outsource Management for the first time it is suggested you read the Help file to assist you in setting up your business in the database.
The Outsource Management software package can be downloaded and trialed for 30 activations before a licence has to be purchased. If this licence is not activated the database fails to open and you get a message asking you to register the software.
