BandwidthMonitor is a handy application to monitor the bandwidth that you are currently using. It offers an easy to read display with current connection information (upload/download speed, send/received) as well as a real-time graph and a long-term History view. In addition, you can review detailed TCP/IP statistics, change the tray icon and select the connection interface to monitor.
