CD-Quick Cache

This utility stores frequently read data in RAM or a Combination of RAM and hard-drive space to make CD-ROM reads almost instantaneous. It loads as a Windows 95 Virtual Device Driver (VxD), using an intelligent caching Algorithm and dynamic read-ahead buffering to ensure top performance. Persistent disk caching lets the Cache remember from disc to disc and session to session. The included QuickMon utility shows the total reads requested by your CD-ROM application and how many reads CD-Quick Cache has saved. It can also be used to change the configuration settings.
